Build your future

Life design is a practical methodology for navigating change, uncertainty, and transition. Instead of trying to “figure everything out,” life design helps you clarify direction, experiment with possibilities, and intentionally shape what comes next — using the same design methods we apply to products and systems.

This work is grounded in action. Together, we explore what matters to you, identify assumptions worth questioning, and design small, low-risk experiments that create momentum and insight. The goal isn’t a perfect plan, but a clearer sense of agency, direction, and possibility.

Designing change through experimentation

Life design treats your life and career as something you can prototype. Rather than making irreversible decisions, we test ideas through conversations, reflections, and real-world experiments. This allows you to learn quickly, reduce anxiety, and make decisions based on experience — not pressure or expectation.

The process supports moments of transition: career shifts, creative blocks, value misalignment, or the sense that something needs to change, even if it’s not yet clear what.

A methodology, not motivation

This is not motivational coaching or advice-giving. Life design is a structured, reflective practice rooted in design thinking. It helps surface patterns, reframe problems, and move forward without forcing clarity too early.

I use life design as a method within my coaching, supporting people who want to align their lives with their values, moral ambition, and sense of responsibility for the future — while staying grounded, realistic, and human.
