Workshop in Speculative Design

Workshops

Interactive expereince-based learning turn complexity and uncertainty into shared understanding, insight, and action — for both individuals and teams.

This is for you who

  • Need new perspectives, shared language, or renewed creative energy

  • Want workshops that are engaging, thoughtful, and grounded in real work

  • Want to think together across roles, disciplines, or levels of experience

  • Are navigating change, ambiguity, or strategic inflection points

  • Believe better futures require collective thinking — not individual brilliance

Get in touch.

I design and facilitate workshops that help people think more clearly, imagine more boldly, and act more intentionally in complex and uncertain situations.

Workshops are one of my core practices. Over the years, I’ve worked extensively with designers, product teams, leaders, and students — in organizational settings as well as at conferences, events, and learning environments. My work spans leadership, creativity, futures thinking and speculative design, always grounded in the belief that how we think together shapes what becomes possible.

These workshops are participatory, structured, and carefully designed. They are not about rushing toward alignment or producing artificial certainty, but about creating the conditions for insight, shared understanding, and meaningful progress — especially when the questions matter more than the answers.

Workshops that develop individuals and strengthen collectives

Some workshops are created as immersive experiences for conferences and events, where participants may not know each other beforehand. In these settings, the focus is on engaging the individual: expanding imagination, creating moments of insight, and helping participants see how abstract futures connect to tangible action.

Others are designed within organizations and teams, where the work centers on collaboration, sense-making, and shared direction. Here, workshops support teams in navigating complexity together — surfacing assumptions, exploring future contexts, and strengthening ways of working across roles and disciplines.

What connects these formats is the craft behind them: strong framing, thoughtful pacing, and methods that turn abstract ideas into something people can actually work with.

From imagination to insight

My workshops often explore themes such as:

  • Navigating uncertainty and complexity

  • Strategic imagination and scenario thinking

  • Creativity as a leadership and organizational capability

  • Designing products, strategies, and systems with future contexts in mind

  • Speculative design as a practical tool for insight, not fiction

A common thread is making futures tangible. Through scenarios, artifacts, and facilitated reflection, participants move beyond speculation and into deeper understanding — connecting signals of change to real choices they face today.

How I work

My facilitation style is calm, focused, and inclusive. I pay close attention to group dynamics, power structures, and psychological safety, creating spaces where people can think honestly without pressure to perform.

I combine design methodology, futures thinking, and facilitation experience to guide groups through ambiguity without rushing toward false clarity. The outcome isn’t just a set of outputs — it’s a shift in perspective, language, and confidence that continues long after the workshop ends.
